Andrea Steffes-Tuttle
Founder & CEO

Andrea Steffes-Tuttle is a marketing and technology enthusiast. She has spent her career as a member and leader of marketing organizations in the B2B software space with Boulder-based companies like SpotRight and ShipCompliant.

With a B.A. in Journalism and an M.S. in Marketing, from the University of Colorado (Go Buffs!) she combines an understanding of communication and storytelling techniques with business acumen to serve our clients.

As the founder of Think Better Marketing, she works with leaders and marketers to grow their businesses and define strategies that make clear who their customers are, what they are selling, and how they communicate their value.

She is a bookworm, runner, writer, and traveler.

Susan Evans Green
Director of Marketing Services

Susan is a marketing professional who partners with brands to refine their message, expand their reach, and grow their business. Susan has always had a love for storytelling and worked in television and film production before transitioning to marketing after achieving an MBA from the University of Colorado. Before joining the Think Better team, she worked in both the outdoor and technology industries, supporting iconic brands as well as launching new ones. She’s overseen success international campaigns, has grown massive influencer programs, and spearheaded brand development.

In her spare time, you can find her traveling around in her sprinter van named Jimmy, mountain biking, trail running, and snowboarding. She’s attempting to write a book, has a taste for red wine and craft beer, and loves exploring new cultures. She also has an adorable rescue pup named Argus.

Suzanne Mckee
Director of Marketing services

Suzanne McKee is a product and marketing strategist. Her career path has focused on and product marketing leadership in agency, corporate and start-up environments. She loves to develop the high-level go-to-market vision as well as dive into the details of tactical implementation and content creation. Her focus is on fostering valuable interactions between companies and their customers.

Most recently, in her role with ePlantSource, she was the product and marketing lead for a custom-built e-commerce platform for the horticulture industry. It is a B2B platform that streamlines the procurement process for greenhouse growers and with Suzanne's help, they launched a SaaS division for other suppliers within the industry to facilitate direct sales.

As the newest team member to Think Better, Suzanne is excited to continue to develop and implement exciting marketing programs for B2B technology companies.

When she isn’t working you will find Suzanne having fun with her family (husband Mike, daughter Maddie (10), son Spencer (6) and their mini-Aussie Sami). She enjoys skiing, hiking and curling up with a great book.


Danielle Scott
Art director and Designer

Danielle Scott has almost ten years of experience working on marketing teams and in multi-disciplinary situations—from sports teams to nonprofits. Her client plus agency-side background has given her a diverse set of skills encompassing everything from user interface to events. Gathering broad experience has shaped her creative process and ability to creatively problem solve.

When not designing, Danielle can be found camping, snowboarding, attending concerts, or plotting her next trip.

Important achievements require a clear focus, all-out effort, and a bottomless trunk full of strategies. Plus allies in learning.
